Home-made ghee, home-like trust

Every jar has a home.

Shekhawati, Rajasthan — where ghee is still made, not manufactured.

Single origin

From the homes of Shekhawati, where ghee is still made, not manufactured.

Mhara does not come from a factory. It comes from the households of our village near Pilani, Jhunjhunu, where the same families have kept desi cows and buffaloes for generations. Every morning the milk is boiled and set into curd in the same kitchens it has always been; every week the curd is churned, the makkhan slow-cooked, and the ghee collected house by house.

We know every household by name. We taste every batch and only then seal it under our name. That is what "ghee with an address" means to us — you can trace your jar back to a village, a week, and the homes that made it.

"Here, ghee is not produced — it is made. And what is made at home is what reaches yours."
