These terms apply to every order placed on https://mhara.in or through our WhatsApp number. By ordering, you agree to them. The seller is 2MA Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (brand: Mhara), Shekhawati, Rajasthan.
Products
Our ghee is a natural product made in small batches. Colour, grain and aroma vary from batch to batch — this is normal and not a defect. Net weight, ingredients, batch number, manufacturing date and best-before date are printed on every jar as required by FSSAI and Legal Metrology rules.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price shown on the site at the time of order applies. Payment is by UPI to our bank account or as agreed on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we verify the payment; until then it is "pending verification". We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified or the product is out of stock.
Orders and confirmation
You will receive an order number on the site and a confirmation from us on WhatsApp (and email if provided). Please check your address carefully — we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address or phone number.
Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; damage in transit is covered by our replacement promise in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Use of the website
Content, photos, the Mhara name and logo are our property and may not be copied without permission. We may change prices, products and these terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed after the change.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
