Delivery
Where we deliver
Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. Delivery is free on every order.
When
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment is verified.
- Delivery usually takes 3–6 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
- We send you the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp when your order ships. You can also check the Track page.
Packaging
Every jar is glass, sealed with a tamper-evident seal, bubble-wrapped and packed in a kraft box. Please record a short video while opening the box — it is all we need if a jar ever arrives broken (see the jar guarantee).
If delivery fails
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship; a second shipping charge may apply if the failure was due to an incorrect address or unavailability.
